Shipping fees and times
Free shipping has ended for CONUS and will be based on selected carrier prices during checkout.
International shipping may vary on location and shipping service. We do not ship to certain countries and may cancel your order with a refund.
Shipping times will depend on your selected shipping method during checkout. We recommend USPS for CONUS and UPS for international shipping.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Policy
A tracking number will be generated once the shipping label is created and will be sent to your registered email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package and contents immediately. Any issues such as non-delivery, damage, or missing items must be reported to us in writing (by email) within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking system.
If no written notice is received within this timeframe, the order will be considered successfully delivered and accepted in full. We cannot be held responsible for claims of loss, damage, or non-delivery made after this period.
Please note that delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier will serve as final proof of delivery.
